Internal circulation and access/egress from the site shall not substantially impair <br />the movement of other modes of transportation, such as bicycles and pedestrians, to and through <br />the site. <br />E. Accessory Outdoor Storage. <br />1. Permanent outdoor storage areas shall be attached to and be considered part of the <br />principal building relative to all setback requirements. The storage area shall be fenced with a <br />decorative fence or wall at least six (6), but no more than eight (8), feet in height. Chain-link, or <br />similar style fences, are prohibited. Stored materials and stockpiles shall not be piled or stacked <br />higher than the height of the obscuring screen. <br />2. The outdoor storage area shall be arranged to provide safe pedestrian and <br />vehicular circulation and safe emergency access. Maneuvering aisles shall be kept free of all <br />obstruction. <br />3. The storage of soil, sand, mulch and similar loosely packaged materials shall be <br />contained and covered to prevent it from blowing into adjacent properties. The outdoor storage of <br />fertilizers, pesticides and other hazardous materials, unless packaged in approved containers, is <br />prohibited. <br />4. Lighting for security purposes may be required, as determined by the Planning and <br />Design Commission. All lighting shall conform to the requirements of Section 1161.10. <br />F. Sale and Consumption on premises of Unregulated Psychoactive Substances. <br />1. The use shall be located at least 3,000 feet, measured lot line to lot line, from <br />the nearest Tattoo, Branding, Hookah Lounge, Drug Paraphernalia, Smoking <br />Establishments or establishment that serves, for consumption on site, unregulated <br />psychoactive substances. <br />2. The use shall be located within a commercial shopping center building with <br />the combined floor area of all businesses being 30,000 square feet or more. <br />3. The use shall be located at least 2,500 feet, measured from lot line to lot line, <br />from the nearest Place of Worship, Park or Recreation Center, School, or Daycare Facility. <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to cause notice of <br />a Public Hearing hereon to be given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of Article IV of the <br />Charter of the City of North Ohnsted and Section 1127.03 of the North Olmsted Zoning Code. <br />SECTION 3: That, in all other respects, the North Olmsted Zoning Code, as amended <br />and supplemented from time to time, not amended herein shall remain in full force and effect. <br />SECTION 4: That all other ordinances or parts of ordinances or resolutions that are <br />inconsistent or in conflict with the newly amended and adopted sections are likewise repealed to <br />the extent of such inconsistency or conflict only. <br />
