assume in writing all of the rights and obligations of Lessor under this Lease on and after the date of <br />purchase of the Land and (b) Lessor must retain no rights or obligations under the Lease after the date <br />of sale of the Land (a "Lessor Permitted Assignment"). Other than a Lessor Permitted Assignment, <br />Lessor is prohibited from assigning, selling or otherwise transferring the Lease in whole or in part and <br />Lessor is prohibited from granting any third party an easement or other real property interest in the <br />Premises. <br />5.
