Without limiting the generality of the foregoing: <br />1. The Premises may be setback from the boundaries of Lessor's property as required by the applicable governmental <br />authorises. <br />2. The access road's width may be modified as required by governmental authorities, including police and fire <br />departments. <br />3. The locations of any access and utility easements are illustrative only.
