CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2023 -103 <br />By: Mayor Jones <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A <br />CONTRACT WITH ADVANCED ASPHALT PAVING, INC TO <br />PROVIDE SERVICES TO THE PARKING AREA AT FIRE STATION <br />HATA COST OF $]9,900.00. <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service recommends that the City of North Olmsted <br />enter into a contract with Advanced Asphalt Paving, Inc., to provide services to Fire Station 11 at <br />a cost of $19,900.00; and <br />WHEREAS, it is desire of this Council to authorize the Mayor to enter into said contract <br />to provide for pavement services as described in detail by Exhibit A. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTHOLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OFOHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and she is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with <br />Advanced Asphalt Paving, hie. to provide asphalt services at Fire Station 11 at a cost of <br />$19,900.00, as described by the Bid proposal attached as Exhibit A.
