Council Minutes of 12-19-2023 Mall and, if awarded, further authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement to accept the grant funds, and declaring an emergency. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Council President Brossard scheduled a Committee of the Whole at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, to adopt the Council Rules, discuss nominations to Council Committees, and appoint a new President Pro Tempore. Councilwoman Williamson scheduled a virtual Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee meeting for Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at 6:35 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2023-149, and to receive an update on the Deer Management Program, and asked that the Mayor and/or her designee be present. Councilman Limpert scheduled a virtual Building Zoning and Development Committee meeting for Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at 6:45 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2023-154, and asked that the Mayor and the Economic Development Director be present. Councilman Scarl scheduled a virtual Recreation, Public Parks & Buildings Committee meeting for Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at 6:55 p.m. discuss Resolution 2023-152 and Resolution 2023-153 and asked that the Mayor and/or her designee be present. Councilman Glassburn scheduled a virtual Finance Committee meeting for Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2023-148 and Resolution 2023-151, and asked that the Mayor and/or her designee be present. Councilwoman Williamson moved to excuse the absence of Councilwoman Hemann. The motion was seconded by Councilman Scerl and passed unanimously. Roll Call: Yes: Williamson, Scar[, Madden, Limpert, Glassburn, Gilchrist No: None Motion carried. Councilwoman Hemann excused 6-0.
