Council Minutes of 12-19-2023 <br />Mall and, if awarded, further authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement to accept the grant <br />funds, and declaring an emergency. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Council President Brossard scheduled a Committee of the Whole at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday, January 3, <br />2024, to adopt the Council Rules, discuss nominations to Council Committees, and appoint a new <br />President Pro Tempore. <br />Councilwoman Williamson scheduled a virtual Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee meeting for <br />Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at 6:35 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2023-149, and to receive an update <br />on the Deer Management Program, and asked that the Mayor and/or her designee be present. <br />Councilman Limpert scheduled a virtual Building Zoning and Development Committee meeting for <br />Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at 6:45 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2023-154, and asked that the Mayor <br />and the Economic Development Director be present. <br />Councilman Scarl scheduled a virtual Recreation, Public Parks & Buildings Committee meeting for <br />Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at 6:55 p.m. discuss Resolution 2023-152 and Resolution 2023-153 and <br />asked that the Mayor and/or her designee be present. <br />Councilman Glassburn scheduled a virtual Finance Committee meeting for Wednesday, December 27, <br />2023, at 7:00 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2023-148 and Resolution 2023-151, and asked that the Mayor <br />and/or her designee be present. <br />Councilwoman Williamson moved to excuse the absence of Councilwoman Hemann. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Scerl and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Williamson, Scar[, Madden, Limpert, Glassburn, Gilchrist <br />No: None <br />Motion carried.
