APPENDIXC <br />PANEL OF ARBITRATORS <br />The parties agree to use the following panel of arbitrators for any grievances entering Step 3 of <br />the grievance procedure as detailed in Article 7: <br />L Jerry Sellman <br />5. Howard Silver <br />Should either party wish to delete any of the arbitrators from the list above or if any of those <br />luted should no longer be available, the acting party or the partyfirst to notice the arbitrator's <br />unavailability shall notify the other party in writing. The parties shall then arrange to meet prior <br />to striking the list for any arbitration to add names that are mutually agreeable. <br />SIDE LETTER <br />REMOVAL OF GOOD FRIDAY <br />The parties agree that the elimination of the half-day Good Friday holiday is contingent upon <br />it being removed jar non -bargaining personnel. <br />SIDE LETTER <br />SUPPLEMENTAL HRA OFFERING <br />The parties agree that for the years 2024-2026 any HRA offerings will be supplemental to that <br />of a City sponsored HSA plan. <br />22 <br />4863-1214-9430,, 2 <br />
