As of March 2010 <br />LIFEPAK® 15 service <br />stryker <br />Stryker has been noticed by our global glass proalders that some components used on certain LIFEPAK 15 monitor/defibabtm models (part <br />Numbers tapering with VIS -2) are no longer available in the market Servitt oa the UFEPAK 15 with Part Number beginning wth v15-5 or v1S7 is <br />unaffected. <br />Stryker will continue to offer service support for this subset of the UFEPAK 15 as follows' <br />• All servte parts with available Inventory can be purchased by our end users <br />• Transactional service (time and materia) is available far nonaoncmetauctomers <br />o If a competent has hi led on your device, your local Sales Repmaenhtive should hecontacted for support <br />• Conoamaa service <br />o Stryker will continue tp offer contractual service an a yearly bass only <br />o Preaentiae maintenance will continue to be done on deall leis than eight (8) years M. After this point we will retire to <br />conduct preventative maintenance aed shift to device inspections <br />o It a component fags on your device, please contact your Ictal Sales Rapcesentatiae for support. A pro+ated craft for any pre- <br />paid service will he provided should a unit become nom serviceable due to pan availability <br />it is important to nate that the LIFEPAK 15 has an expected life of eight (8) years from the data of manufacture. If you are uncertain of the <br />manufacture date of your products, please contact your local Sales Rroresentative for a full Met assemakent. <br />We want to ensure the highest quality, products and services for our rumakers. As such, tis important to know that Stryker is the only FDA- <br />appmveel service provider for our produces. We do net contract with third parry servke providers, nor wall we be providing them with any additional <br />parts for thea repairs.
