Over the course of the deployment, application dependencies on the legacy system will be identified. Seller will provide <br />guidance and recommendations for the ononftguration of these systems. Migration, reconfiguration, and testing of these <br />applications are not the responsibility of the Seller. <br />At the conclusion of the deployment, when all dependencies on the legacy Exchange environment have been removed, Seller <br />will assist in the decommissioning of up to (1) server(s) from that system. It is recommended to leave at least one Exchange <br />server in a hybrid role for improved administration access and to provide additional mail muting options. <br />PROJECT CLOSURE AND NEXT STEPS <br />At the project's conclusion, a closure meeting will be held with Customer and Seller (Delivery and Pre -Sales resources) W <br />verify that all business and technical requirements of this engagement have been satisfied. If, during the engagement, the next <br />steps or recommendations have been discovered by Seller those options will be presented to Customer for future action. <br />PROJECI'EXECUTION <br />Engaged engineers) is/are expected to provide a minimum of (8) hour(s) of project specific services each week until the <br />project N completed unless the project is on hold or suspended. If the work week includes holiday(s) or the CDW mource(s) <br />is/are otherwise unavailable, project minimums for the week will be reduced by (2) hour(s) for each day. <br />The customer may request a project be put on hold with written notification to the Seller team at least (10) business day(s) <br />prior to the shut of the requested project hold. If the project hold exceeds (10) business day(s), Seller may consider the <br />project to be suspended. <br />Timelines to reactivate a suspended project will be subject no Seller's resouroe(s) availability to re-engage. Seller will attempt <br />to re-engage the same resoume(s) based on availability, but there is no guarantee that the same resource(s) will be assigned to <br />the engagement. Suspended projects may also require a change order to reactivate to add additional cost to the engagement <br />based on the discretion of the Inject teem. <br />Seller reserves the right to place a project on hold or suspend it if the minimum weekly effort is not being met <br />PROJECT ASSUMPTIONS <br />I. The internal/corporne network utilises a single, continuous, fully mutable private address space. Internal clients <br />have direct access to internal servers. Internal systems are not directly accessible from public networks. Exuma[ <br />clients must establish connections to secure intermediary devices which will proxy or route connections to intimal <br />resources on the client's behalf (VPN, terminal server, reverse pmxy, etc.). <br />2. The configuration and management of all systems which will be involved in the project are under the control of your <br />organization, either directly or through a third -party. The Seller may request configuration changes to these devices <br />and Customer will implement these changes pending established change control procedures. <br />3. All hardware and software that will be implemented m part of this project or that will be configured during the <br />course of this project are covered under a vendor -approved support contract. <br />4. Customer is running Microsoft Microsoft -supported version of on -prem services. <br />5. For hybrid deployments, all on -premises Exchange dam in be migrated to Exchange Online conforms u the current <br />limits as specified here: hapsd/docs microsofl wm/en-us/office3651servicedescriptions/exchmge-online-wrvice- <br />descriofon/exchange-online-limits. <br />6. Customer acknowledges that Seller may earn a Microsoft incentive payment if Customer purchases Microsoft <br />products from Seller. Furthermore, Customer hereby consents m Seller receiving any such payment from Microsoft <br />and has no objections in relation thereto. <br />7. Group Management for groups synchronizad using AADConnect will be managed in the on -premises AD <br />environment. <br />8. Them are no proxies between Exchange on -prem and Exchange Online, <br />9. At the completion of the project, Customer will be responsible for disabling or securing accounts created for the <br />purposes of this project. <br />10.
