<br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING NEW RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE
<br />PERSONNEL AMENDING RATES FOR THE YEAR 2024 (FOUR PERCENT INCREASE); RETITLING
<br />THE POLICE SECRETARY POSITION TO ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, CREATING A PART-TIME
<br />PROPERTY ROOM MANAGER WITHIN THE POLICE DIVISION AND OTHERWISE ESTABLISHING
<br />THE COMPENSATION RATES AND DESCRIPTIONS FOR VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE AND
<br />LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL FOR THE YEARS 2025 (THREE PERCENT INCREASE) AND 2026
<br />(THREE PERCENT INCREASE), AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF
<br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO:
<br />Section 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for legislative employees for the office of
<br />Council. The salaries in this Section shall be determined by Citv Council as aoorooriate.

<br />Section 3: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for employees of the Department of
<br />Finance. The salaries in this Section shall be determined by the Director of Finance as appropriate.
