Article 26, Labor Management Committee <br />The parties agreed to increase the employee representatives number from one (1) to three (3) individuals in <br />addition to an FOP representative. <br />Article 28, Public Records Request <br />The parties agreed to language that says when an employee requests information, the request needs to be <br />made in writing, and removed language that was problematic due to the Employer's public records <br />obligations under R.C. 149.43. <br />Article 32, Separation Benefit <br />The parties agreed to add a service requirement of 10 or more years of FT service with the City and <br />retirement under OPFDF in order m be eligible to purchase thew dutyweapon system. This requirement is <br />waived if the retirement is due to physical injury sustained in the line of duty. <br />Article 39, Total Agreement <br />The parties added language clarifying what a grievance based on this language would be based upon. <br />Article 40, Duration <br />This Agreement shall be effective upon ratification and remain in full force and effective until December <br />31, 2016. <br />Memorandum Of Understandine. Overtime Bank Consolidation <br />The parties agree that as part of the resolution to the 2024-2026 negotiations, the previously maintained <br />overtime banks will be consolidated into compensatory time banks provided that the consolidation of the <br />banks does not produce a balance more than fpm hundred eighty (480) hours. Any balances more than the <br />480 -hour cap will be paid out at the employee's existing rate of pay at the time of the consolidation. <br />Thereafter, the paries agree that time worked which otherwise would be paid as overtime may be converted <br />to compensatory time as provided under the parties' agreement <br />Letter of Understanding. Wage Schedule Administration <br />The parties acknowledge that $0.17/hr was shifted forward and reduced from the 3'a year rate in order to <br />achieve a specific ram outcome within the agreed general wage increase framework for the 5' yew patrol <br />rate. <br />Letter of Understanding Supplemental HRA Offerin <br />The parties agree that for 2024-2026 any HRA offerings will be supplemental to that of the City <br />sponsored HSA plan. <br />6 <br />488]-]989-7813. v.2 <br />
