Brossard, Council President <br />5200 Dover Center Road <br />North Olmsted, OH 44070 <br />RE: Tentative Agreement between the City of North Olmsted and the FOP/OLC <br />SERB Case No. 2023 -MED -08-0601 (Patrol) and 2023 -MED -08-0599 (Rank) <br />Dear President Brossard: <br />Pursuant to ORC 4117. 10 (B), I am submitting for approval by the legislative body of the City <br />of North Ohnsted the tentative agreement that has been reached between the City of North <br />Olmsted and the FOP/OLC, representing all full-time swom employees comprising two (2) <br />bargaining units, with one (1) bargaining unit including all full-time patrolmen and (1) <br />bargaining unit including all full-time sergeants and lieutenants. <br />The tentative agreement has been approved by the bargaining units. We are now submitting it <br />to Council for action. As you are aware, Council, if it wishes to reject the tentative agreement, <br />must do so within thirty (30) days of the submission. Failure to act will result in an agreement <br />by default. <br />I have also enclosed copies of an executive summary of the tentative agreement to assist in the <br />review process.
