MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />OVERTIME BANK CONSOLIDATION <br />The parties agree that "part of the resolution to the 2024-2016 negotiations, the previously <br />maintained overtime banks will be consolidated into compensatory time banks provided that the <br />consolidation of the banks does not produce a balance in excess of jour hundred eighty (480) <br />hours. Any balances in excess of the 480 -hour cap will be paid out at the employee's existing <br />rate ofpat at the time of the consolidation. Thereafter, the parties agree that time worked which <br />otherwise would be paid as overtime maybe converted to compensatory time as provided under <br />the parties agreement <br />LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING WAGE SCHEDULE <br />The parties acknowledge that $17 per hour was shifted forward in order to achieve a specific <br />rate outcome within the agreed general wage increase framework for the 514 year patrol rate. <br />LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING SUPPLEMENTAL HRA OFFERING <br />The parties agree that for the years 2014-2026 any HRA offerings will be supplemental to that <br />of the City- sponsored HSA plan. <br />37 <br />46&9-1562-5157, v.3 <br />
