*aside the thrift store building; drive thru and/or drop off donation areas located outside of <br />the thrift store building are prohibited. <br />5. Donation boxes or containers, described as a remote and accessory facility to <br />accommodate the donation of merchandise for a thrift store, and which is located outside of <br />the building, are prohibited. <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to cause notice of <br />a Public Hearing hereon to be given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of Article IV of the <br />Charter of the City of North Olmsted and Section 1127.03 of the North Olmsted Zoning Code. <br />SECTION 3: That, in all other respects, the North Olmsted Zoning Code, as amended <br />and supplemented from time to time, not amended herein shall remain in full force and effect. <br />SECTION 4: That all other ordinances or parts of ordinances or resolutions that are <br />inconsistent or in conflict with the newly amended and adopted sections are likewise repealed to <br />the extent of such inconsistency or conflict only. <br />SECTION 5: That, if any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase, term, provision or <br />part of this Ordinance shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or <br />inoperative, such judgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder thereof, but shall <br />be confined in its operation to the section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase, term, provision or <br />part thereof directly involved in the controversy in which such judgment shall have been <br />rendered. <br />SECTION 6: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the <br />earliest period allowed by law upon its passage and approval by the Mayor <br />i <br />ATTEST. <br />BEATRICE TAYLO <br />Clerk ojCouncil <br />First Reading: J'r el -14 <br />Second Reading: <br />Third Reading. <br />Committee. <br />olu <br />LOLQSJ BROSSARD <br />President of Council <br />
