Jeff Sturgeon: <br />Okay. <br />Law Director Gareau: <br />We do have thrift shops, by definition, in that particular zoning classification now, and your <br />question is, if one of them went out of business, would that restrict some? No, not <br />necessarily, because it would depend on the locational restrictions that we have in the code, <br />and if we do the math to see if it worked, if they were permitted to go there, and there <br />would be a conditional use then. <br />Tammy Kaczur: <br />My name is Tammy Kaczur, K -A -C -Z -U -R. I live at 4472 Lansing Drive, and I just have a <br />comment to make that after the last power outage, I think that the city should come up with <br />some sort of emergency plan that would help its citizens charge their cell phones, whether <br />they set something up at the park, or at a specific location, that citizens can go up and have <br />charging stations available to them.
