TRUCK OR FREIGHT TERMINAL, means an area and building where buses, trucks and <br />cargo are stored, where loading and unloading is carried on regularly and where minor <br />maintenance of these types of vehicles is performed. <br />(Ord 2020 2e Passed 11 12 20 <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to cause notice of <br />a Public Hearing hereon to be given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of Article IV of the <br />Charter of the City of North Olmsted and Section 1127.03 of the North Olmsted Zoning Code. <br />SECTION 3: That, in all other respects, the North Olmsted Zoning Code, as amended <br />and supplemented from time to time, not amended herein shall remain in full force and effect. <br />SECTION 4: That all other ordinances or parts of ordinances or resolutions that are <br />inconsistent or in conflict with the newly amended and adopted sections are likewise repealed to <br />the extent of such inconsistency or conflict only. <br />SECTION 5: That, if any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase, term, provision or <br />part of this Ordinance shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or <br />inoperative, such judgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder thereof, but shall <br />be confined in its operation to the section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase, term, provision or <br />part thereof directly involved in the controversy in which such judgment shall have been <br />rendered. <br />SECTION 6: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: 9'1t 4 <br />III <br />ATTEST <br />BEATRICE TAYLOR <br />Clerk of Council <br />11 <br />First Reading:- 33 <br />Second Reading.: )F-,00-.75 -7 %-3-a3 <br />Third Readin <br />Committee.. - &t1ai "01 <br />l �! r A <br />CHRIS GLASSBURK <br />President Pro Tempore <br />
