PROJECT SCHEDULE & TIMELINE <br />Development of initial design concepts <br />• Community Meeting #2 and ongoing ZenCity engagement with <br />community to collect feedback on design concepts <br />Refinement of design concepts <br />• Community Meeting #3 and finalization of plan documents and <br />deliverables <br />Anticipated applications for implementation funding <br />-implementation activities <br />This is intended to serve as a guide book and tool <br />for the City of North Olmsted. Solutions identified <br />herein will need further study and design as they <br />move toward implementation, but this planning <br />process has identified key priorities and strategies <br />with which to move forward. Near and long term <br />visions are provided, as well as a variety of toots <br />and funding sources to begin to build toward <br />these visions. <br />Chapter 1: Introduction <br />The first chapter provides the background <br />and foundation for this work, recognizing city <br />leadership's desire to use this initiative to set <br />a more proactive and sustainable path for the <br />community. <br />Chapter 2: Understand <br />Provides a summary of the significant physical <br />analysis and community outreach that was <br />undertaken to guide potential solutions. <br />Chapter 3: Envision <br />Explores a range of corridor -wide design solutions <br />that can be applied at various scales, which <br />together transform the way the corridor looks and <br />functions. <br />Chapter 4: Transform <br />Identifies site-specific applications of the <br />corridor -wide recommendations at each of the <br />key nodes.
