The following legislation is to be considered for <br />suspension of the rules this evening. On second reading, 2024-92, 2024-93, and lastly on <br />first reading, Resolution 2024-96. <br />Mayor Jones, do you have a report this evening? <br />REPORTS <br />Mayorlones: <br />Yes, Mr. President. Good evening. <br />• Tomorrow night at 6 p.m., I encourage all of Council to join Councilman Glassburn, <br />city residents, and myself for "Move with the Mayor" at Little Clague Park. This is <br />part of a national initiative to get communities more active. If you are unable to <br />make the walk on Wednesday, we will hold another one on Saturday, September <br />28th at 30 a.m.; both of these walks are weather permitting. <br />• Also in that area of the city, starting this Thursday, the Clague Road resurfacing and <br />Maple Ridge Road intersection widening project will commence. This project is <br />administered by the Cuyahoga County Department of Public Works. This will be a <br />two-phase project with the first phase completed by mid-November and the second <br />phase starting in Spring of 2025. Southbound traffic will be unaffected, however, the <br />
