The Resolution is adopted by a vote of 4 - 2. <br />Council Clerk: <br />Ordinance 2024-53, introduced by Mayor Jones, an Ordinance establishing the definition of <br />"Thrift Store" in Section 1115.11 of the Planning and Zoning Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled, "Definitions S -T,", for the purpose of <br />adding definitions for uses associated with retail sales by thrift stores, as Twice Amended. <br />Councilman Limpert: <br />Mr. President. Yes. I do have the script now. I'd like to make a motion to approve Ordinance <br />2024-53 and ask for a second. <br />Council President Pro Tempore Glassburn: <br />Second. Motion to adopt Ordinance 2024-53 made by Councilman Limpert, seconded by <br />Councilman Glassburn. Roll call, please. <br />Council Clerk: <br />Mr. Limpert: Yes, with comment. I'd like to thank the Law Director for working through this <br />piece of legislation over the course of it, and ensuring that we all understood the Zoning <br />code.
