Council President Pro Tempore Glassburn: Resolution 2024-96 Is adopted by a vote of 6 — 0. Council Clerk: Resolution 2024-97, a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Storm Dog Tactical to purchase a dual-purpose Police Canine for use in the Division of Police for the purchase price of $18,800.00, and declaring an emergency. Mayor Jones: Mr. President, I introduce in place on first reading. Council Clerk: Ordinance 2024-98, an Ordinance amending and reestablishing Section 161.11 of Chapter 161 of the Administrative Code entitled "Non -Bargaining Unit Employee Benefits" in order to adjust accumulated vacation leave. Mayor Jones: Mr. President, I introduce in place on first reading. Council President Pro Tempore Glassburn: Moving into scheduling Committee meetings for Tuesday, September 24, 2024. On behalf of Council President Brossard, I'm going to schedule a Committee of the Whole for next Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 6:45 p.m. to discuss the Chambers and Caucus Audio/Visual Plan. Additionally, there will be a Special Council Meeting scheduled next Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at 7:25 p.m. to allow Resolution 2024-91 to have a third reading in order to meet the submission deadline. Councilman Limpert, would you like to schedule a Building, Zoning and Development Committee meeting? Councilman Limpert: 1 would, thank you, Mr. President Pro Tem.
