MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />EXPANSION OF OPERATIONS <br />The parties recognize that during the year 2025 operations are anticipated to expand to include <br />additional jurisdictionsfor dispatching coverage. In consideration of this anticipated expansion, <br />bargaining unit members shall be eligible to receive a lump sum payment in the amount of two <br />thousand dollars ($2,000.00), with payments made in the amount of one thousand dollars <br />($1,000.00) in January of 2025 and January of 2026. Only those non probationary employees <br />who are on payroll at the time the payment is made shall be eligible to receive the payment In <br />the event that the coverage expands on contracts during the term of the Agreement, the parties <br />will meet for the purposes of negotiating the effects of such action. <br />LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING SUPPLEMENTAL HRA OFFERING <br />The parties agree that for the years 2024-2026 any HRA offerings will be supplemental to that <br />of the City- sponsored HSA plan. <br />37 <br />4882-1615-280],, 5 <br />
