employee may be subject to periodic retesting at the Employer's discretion, upon return to his <br />position for a period of two (2) years from the date of his return. <br />3-� 30.08. Any employee in the above-mentioned rehabilitation program will not lose any seniority <br />should it be necessary that he be required to take an unpaid medical leave of absence. <br />ARTICLE XXXJ" 31 <br />FATAL FORCE <br />33 31.01 Any time a bargaining unit member participated in administering fatal force, the <br />following provisions shall apply: <br />A. The employee may receive up to five (5) days off, but shall not receive less than three (3) <br />working days off. <br />1. An extension of time shall be granted by the Chief of Police if he deems necessary. <br />B. The employee shall continue to receive his or her City benefits for this five (5) or three (3) <br />day period, or an approved extension thereof. <br />C.
