ARTICLE XAX-VU 34 <br />TOTAL AGREEMENT <br />3# 34.01. This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the Employer and the FOP <br />and unless specifically and expressly set forth in the express written provisions of this Agreement, <br />all rules, regulations, benefits and practices previously and presently in effect may be modified <br />and discontinued at the discretion of the Employer, upon the advance notice to the FOP of any <br />such modifications or discontinuances. Any claimed violation of this paragraph maybe subject to <br />the Grievance Procedure of this Agreement based on failure to provide proper notification of <br />change. <br />ARTICLE SII 35 <br />DURATION <br />38.44 36501. This Agreement shall be effective ae-of dorawqi- 2Qi upon ratification and <br />remain in full force and effective until December 31, 2024 2016, and from yew to year thereafter, <br />unless at least one hundred twenty (120) days prior to that expiration date, or any anniversary date <br />thereto either party provides written notice, via email with receipt to the other of any intent to <br />modify or terminate this Agreement. <br />33 <br />486357139656. v.5 <br />
