MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />OVERTIMEBANKCONSOLIDATION <br />The parties agree that as part of the resolution to the 2024-2026 negotiations, the previously <br />maintained overtime banks willbe consolidated into compensatory time banks provided that the <br />consolidation of the banks does not produce a balance in excess offour hundred eighty (480) <br />hours. Any balances in excess of the 480 -hour cap will be paid out at the employee's existing <br />rate ofpat at the time of the consolidation. Thereafter, the parties agree that time worked which <br />otherwise would be paid as overtime maybe converted to compensatory time as provided under <br />the parries agreement <br />LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING SUPPLEMENTAL HRA OFFERING <br />The parties agree that jot the years 2024-2026 any HRA offerings will be supplemental to that <br />of the City- sponsored HSA plan. <br />35 <br />4863-5713-96%, v. 5 <br />
