WHEREAS, this Council has determined to approve the Program Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council hereby approves the Program Plan attached to and <br />incorporated into this Resolution as Exhibit A. <br />SECTION 2: That any petitions by the owners of commercial real property located <br />within the boundaries of the City for special assessments to finance the costs of special energy <br />improvement projects on their properties shall be considered, and, if approved, implemented, <br />under and subject to the terms and conditions of the Program Plan. <br />SECTION 3: That this Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this Resolution were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this Council, and that all deliberations of this Council and any of its committees that <br />resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal <br />requirements, including Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22. <br />SECTION 4: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the <br />earliest period allowed by law upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: qt& MiA First reading: ID -Ir --NI <br />Secondreading: 11-6-.211 <br />Third reading. - - (.w <br />Committee: t <br />ATTESTc4: <br />r <br />BEATRICETAYLOR D5KISJ.
