This has been in Committee of the Whole and in the Recreation, Parks, and Public Buildings Committee for two meetings and discussed this evening. The urgency being that this is the remainder of our ARPA funding which has a deadline and an expiration date, and we've been working on this for almost a year, and it is absolutely in the public's best interest that we go back to having audio and video available to our residents, and ask for a second.
