Moving into scheduling Committee Meetings for next Tuesday, November 26, 2024. <br />I'll start out by scheduling a Committee of the Whole to interview submissions for the Ward 2 <br />seat appointment. I will schedule that for 7:00 to 7:10 p.m., and should we need more than 10 <br />minutes depending on the amount of submissions that we ultimately receive, then we may <br />need to push the start time of the other Committees back a little. <br />Councilwoman Gilchrist, would you like to schedule a Streets and Transportation Committee <br />meeting? <br />Councilwoman Gilchrist: <br />Yes, thank you, Mr. President, I would. I would like to schedule a Streets and Transportation <br />Committee meeting for November 26, 2024 at 7:15 p.m., and it'll be about five minutes till 7:20 <br />p.m. We're going to discuss 2024-116 Resolution. <br />Council President Brossard <br />Councilman Scarl, we went out of order during Caucus. That's why I'm all over the place here. <br />Councilman Scarl, would you like to schedule a Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee? <br />Councilman Scarl: <br />Yes, I would, Mr. President. I'm gonna schedule Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee at <br />7:20 to 7:45 p.m. for Ordinance 2024-94, Resolution 2024-115, Resolution 2024-119, and ask <br />that the Safety Director, Economic Director, and any other that the Mayor chooses. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />And Councilman Limpert, would you like to schedule a Finance Committee meeting? <br />Councilman Limpert: <br />Yes, you said 7:25 finished, right? <br />Councilman Scarl: <br />7:45 p.m. <br />Councilman Limpert: <br />Yeah, I would like to schedule Finance Committee to address Ordinance 2024-114 at 7:45 until <br />completion, and ask for the Finance Director or any other of her designees to be present. <br />Is there a motion on the floor to excuse the absence of Councilman Glassburn? <br />Councilman Limpert: <br />So moved. <br />11-19-24 Council Meeting Minutes - Page 26 <br />
