Council President Brossard: We will now move into scheduling Committee Meetings for next Tuesday, December 10, 2024. Councilman Madden, would you like to schedule Intra -Governmental Relations Committee? Councilman Mark Madden: Yes, Mr. President, thank you. I'd like to schedule it for next Tuesday, December 9th at 6:50 p.m. to discuss the Mayor's request for an appointment of Roxanna Galateanu to the Building, Zoning Board of Appeals Commission, with the term running from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2029. Should take about 10 minutes. Council President Brossard: Small correction, I think next Tuesday is the 10th. Councilman Madden: Thank you. Council President Brossard: I am a walking calendar. Councilwoman Hemann for Recreation, Public Parks and Buildings? Councilwoman Hemann: Yes, thank you. Mr. Chair, I'd like to schedule at 7:00 p.m. to 7:05 p.m., please. As a follow-up to Resolution 2024-101 passed on October 15, 2024, just as confirmation of the bid that we will receive for that audio visual. Thank you. Council President Brossard: Thank you. Councilwoman Gilchrist, for Streets and Transportation Committee meeting? Councilwoman Gilchrist: I would like to schedule a meeting for next Tuesday, December 10th at 7:05 to 7:10 p.m. to discuss 2024-121. Council President Brossard: And Councilman Shymske, for Environmental Control Committee meeting. Councilman Shymske: I'd like to schedule a meeting to discuss 2024-120 at 7:10 p.m., and it should only take about five minutes, so to 7:15 p.m., and Councilman Madden will be leading the meeting as I'll be absent.
