An Ordinance to make temporary <br />appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for <br />the year ending December 31, 2025, and declaring an emergency, as Amended. <br />Councilman Glassburn: <br />Mr. President, I move to suspend the rule requiring three readings. This item did receive <br />committee review, which was noted in my report earlier, and provides for the full operations of <br />the City of North Olmsted for the first four months of the year, and I ask for a second on the <br />motion. <br />Councilman Limpert: <br />Second. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Motion to suspend the rule requiring three readings for Ordinance 2024-114 made by <br />Councilman Glassburn, seconded by Councilman Limpert.
