Council Clerk: Resolution 2025-7. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to advertise for bids for the award of a contract for Barton Bradley Park parking lot improvements, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for same with the lowest and best bidder. An Ordinance amending Section 928.15 "Bond" of Chapter 928 of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code entitled 'Comprehensive Stormwater Management' to revise bond requirements when a comprehensive stormwater management plan is required. An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Rini Bros., LLC to purchase 1.2313 acres of a parcel of real property commonly known as Permanent Parcel Number 233-26-067. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Economic and Community Development to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to provide construction services for the partial removal of the Stearns Road noise barrier, as detailed in the specifications on file with the Division of Engineering, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder. An Ordinance granting a 0.01 acre access easement across Permanent Parcel Number 231-27-067, located adjacent to the right of way on Woodside Drive, for the purpose of driveway access for new home construction proposed at Permanent Parcel 231-30- 012, and declaring an emergency.
