Mayor Jones: Mr. President, I introduce and place on first reading. Council Clerk: Resolution 2025-20. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to terminate the current contract for Pine Brook Wetlands Mitigation Bank Credits acquired via Ord. 2022-87 and further authorizing the Mayor to purchase replacement Wetlands Mitigation Credits from Granger Wetlands Mitigation Bank at a cost of $104,000.00, and declaring an emergency. Miscellaneous Business Council President Pro Tempore Scarl: On behalf of Council President Brossard, I'm going to schedule a Public Hearing to be held on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at 7:10 p.m. in Council Chambers to consider Ordinance 2025-19. We will now move into scheduling Committee meetings for Tuesday, February 11, 2025. Councilman Limpert, would you like to schedule a Building Zoning and Development Committee meeting? Councilman Limpert: Well, I will schedule that at 7:20 p.m. on February 11'^, and ask that the Economic Development Director and his guests be present. Council President Pro Tempore Scarl: Councilwoman Gilchrist, would you like to schedule a Streets and Transportation Committee meeting? Councilwoman Gilchrist: Yes, I would like to schedule the Streets and Transportation Committee meeting for February 11th at 7 p.m. until 7:10 p.m. We're going to discuss 2025-15, 2025-16. 1 ask that the Mayor, the Service Director, and any designee be present. Council President Pro Tempore Scarl: Thank you. Councilman Madden, would you like to schedule an Environmental Control Committee meeting? Councilman Madden: Yes, Mr. President. Thank you. I would like to schedule the Environmental Control Committee meeting for February 11th at 7:10 p.m. until about 7:15 to discuss 2025-20, and I guess ask for Director Upton and the Mayor to be present.
