Subdivision No. I, of part of <br />Original Dover Township Lot No. 19 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 223 of Maps, <br />Page 132 of Cuyahoga County Records, and bounded and described as follows: <br />Beginning at the most Easterly corner of Block "A" on the Southerly line of Woodside Drive, <br />60 feet wide, which point is on the Northerly line of Sublet No. I in the Ethel Kadar <br />Subdivision No. I, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 131 of Maps, Page 480 of <br />Cuyahoga County Records; <br />Thence N. 89d 45' 20" W., along the Northerly line of said Sublet No. I, a distance of 70.01 <br />feet; <br />Thence N. 00d 14' 40" E., a distance of 19.00 feet to the Southerly line of Woodside Drive at a <br />point of curvature; <br />Thence Southeasterly, along the Southwesterly curved line of Woodside Drive, a distance of <br />20.80 feet on the arc of a circle deflecting to the right, whose central angle is 30d 22' 18", <br />whose radius is 39.23 feet and whose chord bears S. 74d 34' 11" E., a distance of 20.55 feet to a <br />point of reverse curvature; <br />Thence Southeasterly, along the Southwesterly curved line of Woodside Drive, a distance of <br />52.60 feet on the arc of a circle deflecting to the left, whose central angle is 30d 22' I8", whose <br />radius is 99.23 feet and whose chord bears S. 74d 34' 1 I" E., a distance of 51.99 feet to the <br />place of beginning, and containing 0.0129 acres (563 square feet) of land, as appears by said <br />plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways and easements of record. <br />All bearings are based on the Westmark Development Co.
