Subdivision No. 1 <br />Location: <br />Woodside Drive <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />OF <br />ACCESS EASEMENT AREA "BLOCK A" — 0.01 ACRE <br />WOODSIDE DRIVE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO <br />The Legal Description of the Easement and Exhibit is as shown on Attachments A & B <br />from The Henry G. Reitz Engineering Company dated November 4, 2024. <br />Grantors Deed Reference: AFN 202207080395 dated July 8, 2022. <br />It being the intention of this instrument to grant to the Grantee, and its successors <br />and assigns forever, an Access Easement in the parcel of land described, giving the <br />Grantee the right and privilege of a sufficient width of land for the construction of a <br />residential driveway with ingress and egress rights along the agreement herein conveyed. <br />The Grantee does hereby restrict said premises within the limits of the above- <br />described Access Easement, the construction thereon of any buildings of a temporary or <br />permanent type, equipment or other obstructions of the permanent type thereon, or <br />otherwise interfering with the access to, installation, maintenance or repair of said <br />residential driveway. <br />The Grantor does hereby reserve the right to the use of said premises within the <br />limits of the above-described Access Easement for purposes which are not herein <br />expressly prohibited by, and are not inconsistent with, the easement and rights herein <br />granted. <br />
