ACCESS EASEMENT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the NORTH OLMSTED LAND REUTILIZATION PROGRAM, the Grantor herein, for certain consideration to its full satisfaction, does hereby demise, release, grant and convey to Mejdi Elder, the Grantee here, an access Easement in and to a certain parcel of land as shown by attached plat and described as follows: Owner: North Olmsted Land Reutilization Program Municipality/County: City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County Permanent Parcel #: 231-27-067 SubdivisionlSublot #: Westmark Development Co. Subdivision No. 1 Location: Woodside Drive LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF ACCESS EASEMENT AREA "BLOCK A" — 0.01 ACRE WOODSIDE DRIVE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO The Legal Description of the Easement and Exhibit is as shown on Attachments A & B from The Henry G. Reitz Engineering Company dated November 4, 2024. Grantors Deed Reference: AFN 202207080395 dated July 8, 2022. It being the intention of this instrument to grant to the Grantee, and its successors and assigns forever, an Access Easement in the parcel of land described, giving the Grantee the right and privilege of a sufficient width of land for the construction of a residential driveway with ingress and egress rights along the agreement herein conveyed. The Grantee does hereby restrict said premises within the limits of the above- described Access Easement, the construction thereon of any buildings of a temporary or permanent type, equipment or other obstructions of the permanent type thereon, or otherwise interfering with the access to, installation, maintenance or repair of said residential driveway. The Grantor does hereby reserve the right to the use of said premises within the limits of the above-described Access Easement for purposes which are not herein expressly prohibited by, and are not inconsistent with, the easement and rights herein granted.
