Correlation and Conclusion of Value <br />The final determination of fair market value is achieved by analyzing the three approaches to value and <br />comparing the relative strengths and weakness of each. The indications derived from the three approaches <br />to value in this appraisal are as follows: <br />Indicated Value from Sales Comparison Approach $15,000 <br />Indicated Value from Income Approach N/A <br />Indicated Value from Cost Approach N/A <br />'['he Sales Comparison Approach is the primary approach that a prospective purchaser would consider <br />when purchasing a property of this type. 'Ibis type of user would not give consideration to the Cost or <br />Income Approaches to Value.
