Continued <br />City Data <br />North Olmsted is surrounded by Westlake to the north, Fairview Park to the east, Olmsted "Township to <br />the south and Lorain County to the west. It is well located, being traversed along the southern border by <br />1-480 and with access to the Ohio Turnpike just west of the City limits. 1-90 is located to the north in <br />Westlake, and I-71 is located to the east. The Cleveland Flopkins International Airport is located 10-15 <br />minutes east of North Olmsted. <br />North Olmsted is a mixture of post-war housing stock and newer commercial development. Lorain Road <br />is an active commercial market with Great Northern Mall and Plaza as well as satellite commercial <br />development including many big box stores, strip centers, restaurants, hotels, offices and other retail <br />activity. <br />Overall, North Olmsted is a stable community with a great deal of commercial and office development, <br />for which the overall outlook is good. <br />Sale History of the Subject Property <br />The property has not sold in the past 5 years. <br />Eeistine Use: and Reflected Use In The Appraisal <br />The subject property is not improved. <br />22 <br />P.
