An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept on behalf of the City of North Olmsted the Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council ("NOPEC") 2025 Energized Community Grant. Mayor Jones: Mr. President, I introduce and place on first reading. Council Clerk: Resolution 2025-23. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Recreation and Public Engagement to apply for a grant from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) in the amount of $150,000.00 as part of ODNR's Recreational Trails Program Grant for new recreation trail construction at North Olmsted's parks, and further authorizing the Mayor to accept the grant and execute all grant documents, and declaring an emergency. An Ordinance to make permanent appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2025. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Council President Brossard: Moving into scheduling meetings, I'd like to announce a Public Hearing to be held on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at 7:05 p.m. in Council Chambers to consider Ordinance 2025-21. Now we'll move into scheduling Council Committee meetings for next Tuesday, February 25, 2025. Councilman Limpert for Building, Zoning, and Development? Councilman Limpert: Thank you, Mr. President. I'll schedule Building, Zoning, and Development Committee meeting at 7:15 to address Ordinance 2025, or excuse me, to address Ordinance 2025-17, which is the Comprehensive Plan.
