An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to <br />accept on behalf of the City of North Olmsted the Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council <br />("NOPEC") 2025 Energized Community Grant. <br />Resolution 2025-23, introduced by Mayor Jones. A Resolution authorizing the Director of <br />Recreation and Public Engagement to apply for a grant from the Ohio Department of Natural <br />Resources (ODNR) in the amount of $150,000.00 as part of ODNR's Recreational Trails Program <br />Grant for new recreation trail construction at North Olmsted's parks, and further authorizing <br />the Mayor to accept the grant and execute all grant documents, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilwoman Hemann: <br />Mr. President. <br />Council President Brossard <br />Councilwoman. <br />Councilwoman Hemann: <br />I'd like to make a motion to suspend the rules requiring three readings of 2025-23. This was <br />heard in committee last week and reported out this evening.
