Council Clerk: <br />Legislation on second reading. <br />Ordinance 2025-30, introduced by Mayor Jones. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and <br />sale of not to exceed $625,000 of Notes, in anticipation of the issuance of Bonds, to provide <br />funds to pay costs of constructing, reconstructing, furnishing, equipping and otherwise <br />improving the city's fire stations, together with all necessary appurtenances thereto; and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2025-31, introduced by Mayor Jones. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and <br />sale of not to exceed $6,150,000 of Notes, in anticipation of the issuance of Bonds, to provide <br />funds to pay costs of improving the city's parks and recreational facilities, including the Senior <br />Center, by constructing, installing, furnishing, equipping and improving basketball courts, <br />baseball facilities, playgrounds, multi -purpose fields, trails, and parking lots, and otherwise <br />improving parks and recreational facilities, together with all necessary appurtenances thereto, <br />and clearing, equipping and improving the sites thereof; and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2025-32, introduced by Mayor Jones. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and <br />sale of not to exceed $3,600,000 of Notes, in anticipation of the issuance of Bonds, to provide <br />funds to pay costs of acquiring and installing energy conservation measures in city buildings and <br />facilities, together with all necessary appurtenances thereto; and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2025-34, introduced by Mayor Jones.
