This instrument reflects the entire agreement of Grantor and Grantee regarding the subject <br />preservation covenant. Any prior or simultaneous correspondence, understandings, agreements, and <br />representations are null and void upon execution of this agreement, unless set out in this instrument. <br />In witness whereof, Grantor and Grantee have set their hands under seal on the days and year set <br />forth below. <br />GRANTOR: <br />By: Mayor, City of North Olmsted <br />STATE OF OHIO, Cuyahoga, ss: On this _ day of , 20_, before me the undersigned, a <br />Notary Public for said State, personally appeared Nicole Dailey Jones. to me personally known, who <br />stated that he/she is Mayor, City of North Olmsted, that no seal has been procured by said <br />corporation, and that the foregoing instrument was signed on behalf of said corporation by authority <br />of its Board of Directors, and that as such officer, he/she acknowledged that he/she executed the <br />foregoing instrument as his/her voluntary act and the voluntary act of the corporation. <br />NOTARY PUBLIC <br />GRANTEE: <br />Diana Welling, State Historic Preservation Officer/Director, State Historic Preservation Office <br />STATE OF OHIO, Franklin County: On the day of , 20_, before me, a Notary <br />Public for said State, personally appeared Diana Welling, who stated that she is the duly appointed and <br />actively serving State Historic Preservation Officer/Director, State Historic Preservation Office at the <br />Ohio History Connection, and that she executed the foregoing preservation covenant agreement as <br />her voluntary act and as the voluntary act of the Ohio History Connection. <br />NOTARY PUBLIC <br />�5 <br />
