The following character -defining materials, spaces, and features have been <br />identified as those that help convey the significance of _ (Old Town Hall). Also, current photo <br />documentation and the narrative of the National Register nomination must be attached to the baseline <br />documentation. <br />Significant Character Defining Interior Spaces and Features <br />• Pendant lamps as originally manufactured prior to 1914 <br />• Stage that was the original town council chamber platform <br />• Original wooden stairwells and cast iron handrails <br />• original doors and fixtures including cast iron safe used for town treasury <br />Significant Character Defining Exterior Spaces and Features <br />• Original Wood and copper -patina cupola, and copper finial. <br />• Front Greek Ionic pediment, original masonry vestibule extension and oculus <br />• Decorative sandstone upper belt courses near the roofline and throughout vestibule <br />extension <br />• Original sandstone and masonry stairways, semi -circular masonry tympanum <br />f1 <br />
