Parcel A as shown on the "Consolidation Plat for the City of North Olmsted" by Chagrin Valley Engineering, Ltd, in June, 2024 and formerly being Parcel 1 (PPN 233-26-065), Parcel 2 (PPN233-26-064) and a part of Parcel 3 (also known as Parcel 2 of the Lot Split and Consolidation for BDW Properties, LLC, PPN 233-26-063) as conveyed to the City of North Olmsted by deed dated March 2, 2023 as recorded in deed document number 202303020284 of Cuyahoga County Deed Records and further bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a punch mark on a Brass Cap found in a monument box at the intersection of the centerline of Stearns Road (variable right-of-way) and the centerline of Lorain Road - S.R. 10 (Variable Width) and the Place of Beginning of the premises herein intended to be described; Thence North 62 degrees 13 minutes 07 seconds East, along said centerline of Lorain Road, a distance of 105.90 feet to a point; Thence North 00 degrees 56 minutes-26 seconds East, a distance of 569.99 feet to a 5/8" x 30" iron pin set (capped "D.F.
