LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF A 1.2313 ACRE ADDITION PARCEL LORAIN ROAD CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Olmsted Township Lot Nos. 11, Tract No. 6 and being a 1.2313 acre (53,635 sq.ft.) Addition Parcel of a part of the lands conveyed to Rini Brothers. recorded in AFN 200610190777 on 10/19/2006 of Cuyahoga County Deed Records and further bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a punch mark on a Brass Cap found in a monument box at the intersection of the centerline of Stearns Road (variable right-of-way) and the centerline of Lorain Road - S.R. 10 (Variable Width) and the Place of Beginning of the premises herein intended to be described; Thence North 00 degrees 51 minutes 38 seconds East, along said centerline of Stearns Road, a distance of 628.00 feet to a point; Thence South 89 degrees 08 minutes 22 seconds East, perpendicular to said Stearns Road centerline, a distance of 51.42 feet to a 5/8" x 30" iron pin found (capped "Casey, S-8219") at an angle point in the Easterly Right -of -Way line of said Stearns Road also being an interior angle point of said Rini Brothers land and being the Principal Place of Beginning of the premises herein intended to be -described; The following four (4) courses are along said Easterly Right -of -Way: Course I Thence North 00 degrees 46 minutes 37 seconds West, a distance of 260.11 feet, to a 518" x 30" iron pin set (capped "D.F.
