A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to <br />purchase four (4) Lifepak 35 monitors/defibrillators from Stryker Sales, LLC., along with all <br />necessary accessories for each device, at a cost of $180,772.10 under the emergency exception <br />to public bidding; and further authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary to <br />effectuate such purchase, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2025-45, introduced by Mayor Jones. A Resolution authorizing the Director of <br />Economic and Community Development to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to <br />provide construction services for the partial removal of the Stearns Road noise barrier, as <br />detailed in the specifications on file with the Division of Engineering, and authorizing the <br />Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and <br />best bidder. <br />Ordinance 2025-46, introduced by Mayor Jones. An Ordinance amending and restating Section <br />957.01 of Chapter 957 (Alcoholic Beverages on Public Grounds) of the Codified Ordinances of <br />the City of North Olmsted in order to permit alcoholic beverages to be sold and consumed at <br />the "Saturday in the Park Concert Series at Barton -Bradley Park," and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilwoman Hemann: <br />Mr. President? <br />Council President Pro Tempore Scarl: <br />Councilwoman. <br />Councilwoman Hemann: <br />I'd like to make a motion to suspend the rules requiring three readings of 2025-46.
