(3) A description of the vehicle and the vehicle identification number (VIN) and license <br />plate number; <br />(4) Documentation that the mobile food vehicle has passed all necessary inspections <br />required by the State Fire Code as issued from a local fire department in the State of Ohio. <br />(5) Documentation that the mobile food vehicle has passed all necessary inspections <br />required by a County Health Board of Health with jurisdiction over such mobile food <br />vehicles; <br />(6) A certificate of insurance evidencing commercial general liability coverage in the <br />minimum amount of $1,000,000 in the aggregate in a form acceptable to the city; <br />(7) A current inspection of their gas and piping system if unit is so equipped. <br />(c) Approval process: appeals. The completed application must be submitted to the <br />North Olmsted Public Safety Director. Within 10 days of the submission of a completed <br />application, the Public Safety Director shall either issue or deny the application for a <br />permit. If the application is denied in whole or in part, the Public Safety Director shall state <br />the reasons for the denial. Any applicant who has been denied a permit may appeal such <br />denial by submitting a written notice of appeal to the Public Safety Director not later than <br />ten days of the date appearing on the denial notice. The appeal shall be heard by the <br />Building and Zoning Board of Appeals (BZBA) within 30 days of receipt of said appeal upon <br />procedures established by the BZBA. The decision of the BZBA may be appealed by either <br />the applicant or the city to the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court in accordance with <br />R.C. Chapter 2506. <br />§ 735.06 PERMIT FEES. <br />The fee for a permit shall be as set as established annually by the Director of Public Safety. <br />§ 735.07 PERMIT NOT TRANSFERRABLE. <br />A permit issued pursuant to this chapter shall not be transferable, and any attempt to <br />assign, sell, lend, lease, or in any manner transfer such permit shall be void. <br />§ 735.08 OPERATION OF MOBILE FOOD VEHICLES. <br />(a) The issuance of a permit does not grant or entitle the exclusive use of a location to <br />the permit holder. <br />
