(3) A description of the vehicle and the vehicle identification number (VIN) and license plate number; (4) Documentation that the mobile food vehicle has passed all necessary inspections required by the State Fire Code as issued from a local fire department in the State of Ohio. (5) Documentation that the mobile food vehicle has passed all necessary inspections required by a County Health Board of Health with jurisdiction over such mobile food vehicles; (6) A certificate of insurance evidencing commercial general liability coverage in the minimum amount of $1,000,000 in the aggregate in a form acceptable to the city; (7) A current inspection of their gas and piping system if unit is so equipped. (c) Approval process: appeals. The completed application must be submitted to the North Olmsted Public Safety Director. Within 10 days of the submission of a completed application, the Public Safety Director shall either issue or deny the application for a permit. If the application is denied in whole or in part, the Public Safety Director shall state the reasons for the denial. Any applicant who has been denied a permit may appeal such denial by submitting a written notice of appeal to the Public Safety Director not later than ten days of the date appearing on the denial notice. The appeal shall be heard by the Building and Zoning Board of Appeals (BZBA) within 30 days of receipt of said appeal upon procedures established by the BZBA. The decision of the BZBA may be appealed by either the applicant or the city to the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court in accordance with R.C. Chapter 2506. § 735.06 PERMIT FEES. The fee for a permit shall be as set as established annually by the Director of Public Safety. § 735.07 PERMIT NOT TRANSFERRABLE. A permit issued pursuant to this chapter shall not be transferable, and any attempt to assign, sell, lend, lease, or in any manner transfer such permit shall be void. § 735.08 OPERATION OF MOBILE FOOD VEHICLES. (a) The issuance of a permit does not grant or entitle the exclusive use of a location to the permit holder.
