EXHIBIT B <br />CHAPTER 735: REGULATION OF MOBILE FOOD VEHICLES <br />Section <br />735.01 Purpose <br />735.02 Definitions <br />735.03 Mobile food vehicle permit required <br />735.04 Validity of permit <br />735.05 Application for a mobile food vehicle permit <br />735.06 Permit fees <br />735.07 Permit not transferrable <br />735.08 Operation of mobile food vehicles <br />735.09 Enforcement <br />735.10 Severability <br />735.99 Penalty <br />§ 735.01 PURPOSE. <br />The purpose of this chapter is to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the public by <br />requiring permits for mobile food vehicles and to establish minimum requirements for the <br />operation of such vehicles related to their location, hours of operation, sanitation, and <br />cleanliness. <br />§ 735.02 DEFINITIONS. <br />For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context <br />clearly indicates or requires a different meaning. <br />FIRE MARSHAL. The Fire Marshal of the North Olmsted Fire Department. <br />FOOD ESTABLISHMENT. A business operation that stores, prepares, packages, serves, <br />vends, or otherwise provides food for human consumption. <br />PUBLIC SAFETY DIRECTOR. The Public Safety Director of the City of North Olmsted. <br />MOBILE FOOD VEHICLE. A food establishment that consists of or is located in or upon a <br />vehicle, including cars, trucks, motorcycles and bicycles, or which is pulled by a vehicle, <br />
