where food or beverage is cooked, prepared, or served for individual portion service. This <br />definition includes but is not limited to mobile food kitchens, pushcarts, bicycle carts, <br />mobile food trucks, canteen trucks, and coffee trucks. This definition does not include <br />"meals on wheels" program vehicles, food home delivery services, or a vehicle operated by <br />a peddler pursuant to a current license issued under this code of ordinances. <br />PERMIT. A mobile food vehicle permit issued pursuant to this chapter. <br />PRIVATE PARTY. A social gathering not open to the public on private property or on <br />public property reserved for such gathering. Owners/operators must provide written <br />documentation of permission from property owner. <br />PUBLIC PARTY. A social gathering open to the public on private property or on public <br />property reserved for such gathering. <br />(n E 98 2019, passed 7_8_0n..a 71 _70passed 4__26 2021) <br />§ 735.03 MOBILE FOOD VEHICLE PERMIT REQUIRED. <br />No person or entity, including a religious or charitable organization, shall conduct <br />business or dispense food or beverages from a mobile food vehicle (hereinafter collectively <br />referred to as "operation") unless a permit for such vehicle is in effect. <br />Ifs-M. •• • MEM• <br />§ 735.04 VALIDITY OF PERMIT. <br />A permit issued pursuant to this chapter shall be valid from the date of issuance and shall <br />expire on the same date as the mobile food license issued by an accredited county health <br />district in the State of Ohio. <br />• . • • •. • • • • •izMili7rl2l <br />§ 735.05 APPLICATION FORA MOBILE FOOD VEHICLE PERMIT. <br />(a) Application. An application for a permit shall be made available by the Public Safety <br />Director. <br />(b) Information required. Each completed application must include or be accompanied <br />by the following: <br />(1) The name of the business and its owner or owners, the mailing address of the <br />business (excluding P.O. Boxes), valid email address, and mobile telephone number of the <br />operator and owner; <br />(2) The types of food and beverages to be dispensed from the vehicle; <br />
