Councilman Limpert: <br />Thank you. Just as mentioned in my report regarding Resolution 2025-62, that was held in <br />Committee. And due to that, I'd like to make a motion to remove Resolution 2025-62 from the <br />agenda and ask for a second. <br />Councilwoman Hemann: <br />Second. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Okay. Motion to remove Resolution 2025-62. Resolution 2025-62 from the agenda made by <br />Councilman Limpert, seconded by Councilwoman Hemann. And then, <br />Councilman Shymske, do you have a report this evening? <br />Councilman Shymske: <br />As it turns out, I do. [laughing] The Public Safety, Health, and Welfare Committee met today at <br />7:18 p.m. in the Caucus room. Present were Committee Members Shymske, Madden, and <br />Hemann. Also present were Councilmen Limpert, Marrie, Scad, and Councilwoman Gilchrist. <br />Also present was Council President Brossard, the Mayor, the Assistant Law Director, Finance <br />Director, HR Director, Economic Director, Safety Director, and Rec Director. <br />• Legislation was Ordinance 2025-64, Alarm Systems. Director Scofield discussed how it <br />was an outdated Chapter from 1984, and the technology has certainly changed <br />regarding this aspect, and that it also repeals a reference from Chapter 561. A motion <br />was made by Councilman Shymske and seconded by Hemann, and it was voted to <br />recommend to Council 3-0, and that concludes my report. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Thank you.
