Chuck has been a good friend and taught myself a lot as a <br />new Councilman, and definitely going to miss him. So, I wish him the best of luck for him and <br />his family. Yeah, Chuck is a fine person, and even though I haven't worked with him all that <br />long, I got to know him as a friend and somebody that could be depended on to help with <br />whatever needed to be done. So, I do appreciate him and wish him all the luck.
