An Ordinance granting an easement to the Cleveland Electric Illuminating <br />Company for the installation and maintenance of electric service at the EQ basin property, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Mayor Jones: <br />Mr. President, I introduce, place on first reading and request suspension of the rule requiring <br />three readings and formal Committee review. <br />Councilman Limpert: <br />Mr. President, I would like to make a motion to suspend the rule requiring three readings and <br />formal Committee review as this was brought up in Caucus. This is to grant an easement for <br />Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company to use the city property, as part of the EQ Basin, <br />project which has been discussed many times over the course of the years, and looking to move <br />forward and get that EQ Basin with electricity, and ask for a second. <br />06 :.1. -25 Council Meeting Minutes Page 6 <br />
