A Resolution authorizing the Director of Law, on behalf of the City of North Olmsted, to enter into an agreement with the Law Firm of Bricker Graydon LLP to provide professional legal services for the creation of a New Community Authority, and declaring an emergency. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Delinquent Debt Collection Agreement with the State of Ohio Attorney General for the purpose of engaging the Office of Attorney General to collect unpaid fines, fees and court costs for the North Olmsted Mayor's Court on delinquent cases, and declaring an emergency. Mayor Jones: Mr. President, I introduce, place on first reading and request suspension of the rule requiring three readings and formal Committee review. Councilman Scarl: Mr. President. Councilman Scark At this time I move to suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal Committee review for Resolution 2025-63, as this was discussed in Caucus this evening, and suspension is needed in order to contract with the Attorney General of Ohio as soon as possible to begin collecting delinquent fees, and I ask for a second.
