Councilman Shymske: <br />And that meeting ended at 7:42 p.m. <br />The Public Safety, Health, and Welfare Committee met again on June 3, 2025, at 7 p.m. Those in <br />attendance were Committee Members Shymske, Hemann and Madden, Council Members <br />Limpert, Gilchrist, and Marrie, Council President Brossard, Mayor Jones, Director of Law, Public <br />Safety, Recreation, Human Resources, and the Special Assistance of the Mayor and Guests. <br />There were two items on the agenda to discuss. <br />• The first was Liquor Permit Number 88560430190, Texas Roadhouse, the Police <br />Department had no objections, and the Committee voted by 3-0 to recommend to the <br />rest of the Council. <br />At this time, I move to not object to Liquor Permit Number 8856043190, Texas Roadhouse <br />Holdings, LLC, DBA, Texas Roadhouse, 25100 Country Club Boulevard, and ask for a second. <br />Councilwoman Hemann: <br />Second. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Motion to not object to Liquor Permit Number 88560430190, Texas Roadhouse Holdings, LLC, <br />doing business as Texas Roadhouse at 25100 Country Club Boulevard, is made by Councilman <br />Shymske and seconded by Councilwoman Hemann.
